Mr. Sefa Göben is a licensed physiotherapist and the founder of Fizyonet Physiotherapy Clinic in Istanbul. Since 2018, he has been working in the fields of spine health, posture disorders and sports rehabilitation, focusing not only on the painful region but on the underlying movement patterns, asymmetries and biomechanical causes.

He integrates IMU sensors, video-based movement analysis, and gait/pressure evaluation with manual therapy, chiropractic-oriented mobilisation, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) and fascia-based techniques. This combination allows him to create measurable, evidence-based and personalised rehabilitation programs for each patient.

Sefa Göben has significant field experience, having performed posture–gait screenings, injury-risk assessments and corrective exercise programs for 5 sports schools and more than 3,000 athletes.

He is also involved in clinical research and development, working on IMU validation, fascia-based motor control analysis, and the integration of EMG and AI-supported posture/movement assessment through the Physio AI project, supported within the ITU Çekirdek entrepreneurship program.

Mr. Burak Çomak is a licensed physiotherapist at Fizyonet Physiotherapy Clinic in Istanbul, specialising in spine health, posture disorders and sports rehabilitation since 2018. His clinical approach focuses on identifying not only the painful area but the underlying biomechanical and neuromuscular causes that create dysfunctional movement patterns.

He combines manual therapy, chiropractic-oriented mobilisation, myofascial release and corrective exercise therapy to reduce pain in the short term and restore long-term postural balance and functional stability.

Burak Çomak evaluates the body as an integrated system of fascia, joints and the nervous system. Each treatment program begins with a detailed posture and movement analysis, examining asymmetries, mobility restrictions and compensation patterns.

He also applies gait and foot–ankle assessments, analysing lower-limb alignment (foot, knee, hip) and identifying biomechanical imbalances that contribute to chronic pain and recurrent injuries.

Burak works with a wide range of patients including office workers, athletes, post-operative cases and individuals with chronic spine disorders. His treatment philosophy is based on scientific, measurable and personalised rehabilitation protocols.
