Mrs S George is a former Chief Physiotherapist of University Hospital, Petaling Jaya with more than 40 years experience in Physiotherapy. Without exercise, the leg and arm will slowly develop stiffness. The stiffness will limit their normal daily activities. Sometimes, they will having problem in their mobility such as cannot walk. Prolonged lying on the bed also can cause back sore.  Family support is the most important especially managing their sensitive emotional.
