I would like to express my gratitude and respect to Caroline Lai for her commitment and patience in helping my son to deal with his scoliosis treatment with Schroth method. She is one of the certified ISST - Schroth therapist in Malaysia who always motivates my son and gives him the confidence to succeed. I went for 2 dry needling sessions with Yen. I would have gone for more but I was only in KL for four days. Yen is very kind, bubbly and generous. She is flexible in her timing and accommodated my tight schedule cheerfully. She is also very responsive and that allowed me to settle my plans very quickly. In terms of technique, you can tell she is very experienced. I have been suffering from shoulder and neck pains for more than 10 years. 2 sessions with her have helped eased these chronic pains tremendously. I only wish I had more time in KL to go for more sessions as 2 may not totally eradicate these chronic pains but she is my go-to person for dry needling for sure. She even let me lie in for as long as I wanted with the heat pack after my session ended. I highly recommend Yen for dry needling.
