Being disabled I have been to many physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths over the years. Many have helped but without exception none have been anywhere near as effective and helpful as Physiotherapist in Pain Paralysis.

Their level of knowledge and outstanding practical treatments is good. I have been a client for nearly 4 years and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

I have been seen by Sam now a number of times for multiple injuries and concerns over the years. Excellent service and broad knowledge in the field - he helped me to get walking and running again after severe sciatica and leg troubles. On another occasion, he has eased back pain and other gym injuries with physio & massage work, which I found very effective much to my surprise!

My husband and I have been patients at Pain Paralysis Physiotherapy Centre over the past few years, and I must say that we are absolutely delighted, as well as impressed with the standard of professionalism and care that we have both received.

6 months after initially damaging my left achilles, and after a few other unsuccessful attempts to recover from it, I was referred to Sam from Pain Paralysis Physiotherapy Centre. Upon meeting Sam it was clear to me that I was in between good hands as his knowledge was very impressive.
After an initial examination, which was followed by a detailed written report, I was given and demonstrated a wide range of exercises and continuous physiotherapy sessions which I needed to perform 2 times a week.

The rehab plan was more aggressive than the one I had previously been following but still progressive and adjusted according to my progress. We went through various phases and different types of exercises which included weighted exercises, drills, plyometrics and I was also shown how to use a complex like machine in relation to my injury.
Sam’s knowledge of achilles injuries was invaluable and he gave me the confidence that within a few months I would be back running – which turned out to be perfectly correct!

Got my crushed foot treated today. Pain and swelling reduced tremendously after three weeks on antibiotic and ibuprofen the foot was recovering very slow. Just one treatment can see vast improvement. Subsequent treatment will be needed to complete the healing.

To be perfectly honest the first time I visited Pain Paralysis Physiotherapy Centre I didn’t hold out much hope. Over the previous decade my severe shoulder/back pain had been treated by a number of physiotherapists and chiropractors without success.

Sam & his team immediately made me feel as though something could be done, they were right!

After so many years of pain I can now go through life relatively pain free, I can’t express what a miracle this feels for me. I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible. Excellent physiotherapist and very professional in handling clients.

Two years after a car accident that injured my shoulder, and finding limited improvement from various therapies, I decided to make one more attempt and came in to see Physiotherapist in Pain Paralysis Ipoh. I was glad I did.

Sam took time assessing my injury and how it has impacted my life. That is one of the things that makes Sam such a wonderful physiotherapist, is that he has the skills – and takes the time – to diagnosis his patient’s injury. From there Joe gradually helped me put together a routine of strength training and stretching that over time helped to heal my shoulder and eventually make it stronger.

I decided to also work with Sam on another issue I had been troubled with for over 20 years, and had basically decided it was something I would have to live with. Sam was able to help me with that as well and provided me with a great set of exercises so that I can continue to improve over time.

I know that without Sam’s help I would not be feeling as good as I do today.

hi im Nurfatihah, i had done physiotherapy treatment in this center for slipped dics problem and now i dont have problem of doing my activities since im totally cured. Im really satisfied with the treatment and the therapist really guided me very well to prevent the same pain in future. This is a highly recommended physiotherapy centre in ipoh. Will never get the best physiotherapy service other than this physiotherapy centre, since i have gone to other centres around.
