About Arra Physiotherapy Clinic

We treat sport injuries, myofascial trigger points, neck and back pain, rheumatologic diseases and any kind of musculoskeletal problem. Physiotherapy services may include dry needling, joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, ultrasound therapy, TENS machine, exercise therapy, stretching, heat etc. We also provide first aid, sport massage and sport taping during matches. If you have a health insurance, you can probably claim some of the fee you pay for a physiotherapy session (depends on type of insurance).

If you have tight muscles, we can do half an hour or one hour (full body) massage while you enjoy some relaxing music.

We are also Pilates instructors. Pilates is about strengthening your core muscles (abdominal and back muscles), mobilizing the whole spine and stretching the muscles in a safe way. I offer one-to-one Pilates sessions and beginner Pilates classes and we also run a pregnancy Pilates class.

Home calls and gift vouchers are available.

If I could describe the service I received from the Arra Physiotherapy Clinic, It would be outstanding. I certainly got more than my money’s worth while visiting the clinic. All services and duties were performed to extra-ordinary levels.

The clinic was not hard to find and the practitioners were great and gave me great advice and best of all the prices were really good.

Ibolya Giba graduated in 2008 with a Bsc. in Physiotherapy and is a member of the Irish Society 

of Chartered Physiotherapists. 

Ibolya is a truly caring and talented individual, who has experience of working in both hospitals 

and private practices. In 2012, she began working as a self-employed physiotherapist. Since

after matches.
