I went to NCR Osteopath on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had pain in my upper back and I had been to two separate physio therapists who did not give me relief. After just two visits to this clinic I woke up feeling a significant reduction in pain. I continued the exercises that were prescribed to me and I'm over a year pain free now. Sacha is extremely friendly and if you nervous about going he will make you calm with his energy in seconds. Ingrida is a very knowledgeable practitioner who treated me with utmost care. He took the necessary time to understand my injury and discomfort and addressed it efficiently. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a good osteopath.

I suffered a lower back spasm early this morning - managed to get an appointment with Gemma who not only treated me but understood and fully reacted to my discomfort! My lower back already feels a lot more comfortable and more at ease! Excellent service.

Having seen a few osteopaths and chiropractors over the years I must say Huw is the best of them. Knowledgeable, good at explaining what your body is doing and most importantly, giving useful exercises to help in the long term. He helped identify my neck issue and I could see immediate improvements after 1st visit. I used to work with him over 20 years ago at Blackbrook Sports Centre, so his experience in this field is decades old and it shows. As is the case with all specialists, the session price is not cheap at £55, but to be pain free or more mobile is worth every penny. If you are struggling with ongoing issues, and need a series of visits, look into a health plan to help cover costs, I use Simplyhealth but there are others and Huy can advise if needed.

My experience with this Dr was amazing I saw him in 2017 for the first time I was very stressed and overworked and in alot of pain from driving. Dr Ashburner was very happy to help me and relieve me from my pain. I saw him again last month with pain all over in my body. There were times I would limp into his room and leave with no pain walking normal. Dr Ashburner helped me with stress, fatigue and all my aches and pains I can now wear any shoes I want because I know my Dr will sort me out. I have great belief in Dr Ashburner and just to add he doesn't use no medication and machines only his bare hands. I'm indeed very grateful to be his patient. Amazing Guy.

I work at Chelsea FC and injured my back at home playing with my children. Whilst telling my colleagues about it at work, Carl overheard my conversation and instantly, and with genuine kindness, offered to take a look at it for me immediately and, if I had the time, he would take time out of his busy day to treat the injury. That is what you get from Carl - genuine empathy. After the treatment my back felt fantastic and, despite my worries of ongoing problems, his words of encouragement made me feel ok and he was right - my back has been fine since. The great approach by this doctor, very informative helpful and very knowledgable took time to explain everything in detail pros and cons I have seen four surgeons about my facelift most impressive appointment. Not your usual pre - Madonna type had time to listen not just talk.

I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing. Dr. Rosenblum is a wonderful, skilled chiropractor. His treatments are gentle and effective, excellent bedside manner. He is honest with you, if he feels he can't help he tells you. He doesn't have you come back over and over just to make more money. Best of all he is easily available and has reasonable rates.
