George Dimitriadis

George Dimitriadis graduated with a Masters degree from the British School of Osteopathy. Prior to this he graduated with an honours degree exercise and sports science at the University of Exeter. Before becoming an osteopath George has worked in the fitness industry and as a sports massage therapist for a number of years. George is a keen rugby player with a career peak of playing at international level for Greece, he also regularly exercises in the gym and has experienced at first hand the irritation of limited activity or sports caused by injury. Alongside this, George holds an ITEC level 3 sports massage qualification, advanced fitness instructing Level 3, sports taping with RocTape as well as a diploma in Modern Western Medical Acupuncture. The combination of his sporting and fitness background with his osteopathic skills gives him a broad understanding of the body’s movements and functions allowing him to incorporate a holistic view into his treatments.

Ms Amy Phillips

Amy graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in London with a Masters degree. She has a wealth of experience having first studied for a Sports and Exercise Science degree at Exeter University as well as having worked as Sports Massage practitioner for a number of years. Amy is a keen lacrosse player and regularly runs and exercises at the gym. She ran in the 2013 London Marathon for the first time and has experienced many injuries while exercising and knows the aggravation of not being able to be active or play the sport you love. In fact, successful treatment from an empathetic, local osteopath sowed the seeds in her mind of a possible career path and subsequently her osteopathic style. She is exceptional at spotting patterns in injuries that are preventing them from healing properly and can get patients back to performing at their best or simply experiencing the quality of active life they desire. Amy takes great pride and care in communicating effectively with patients and providing them with knowledge about their injuries and pain so they can feel confident in their treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Lucinda Walker-Smith

Job Title:
Lu graduated from Exeter University in 2008 with an honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science and has since qualified as a Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. This last year she has furthered her knowledge and skills by completing a Masters in Sport Rehabilitation at St Mary's University, and is now a qualified Sport Massage and Rehabilitation Therapist. Whilst working towards her qualifications she gained experience working with premiership rugby team Harlequins Rugby Club and championship side London Scottish. She also spent time with some of the paralympic athletes prior to the paralympics at their training camp in Bedford. Lu has always been a passionate sportswoman, challenging herself in a number of events over the last few years. Her biggest achievement was completing the Paris Marathon in 2012 and is now testing her endurance participating in triathalons, debuting in the London Triathalon this summer. Having suffered with ongoing injuries herself, she knows only too well the frustrations of injury when working so hard. Lu specialises in releasing the restrictions in your muscles to increase the range of motion at your joints and the flexibility of your muscles to optimise your performance.
