Always greeted with a smileRoberto, UK, 20 08 20

I only see Julian, always greeted with a smile, he is always brilliant and sorts my back out - it might take a few sessions but give it a chance. He took over Mario about 5 years ago but in my personal view, he is better and has brought a more modern view on the way he treats his patients. 5 stars.

He was very professional in his work and explained every step as we went alongJason, UK, 11 09 21

I had compounded ear wax and could not hear at all out of my ear. Mr Paul was very patient, gentle and understanding. He was very professional in his work and explained every step as we went along. He contacted me before my appointment and afterwards. I can now hear clearly once more thanks to Mr Paul’s expert care. Highly recommended

Worthing Osteopathic Clinic - Osteopathic Clinic in the UK

Worthing Osteopathic Clinic

Worthing Osteopathic & Wellbeing Clinic, 140 South Street, Tarring, Worthing, BN14 7NB
Worthing Osteopathic Clinic like other Osteopaths have to be registered with the GOsC I treat a wide range of patients with prompt, reliable and professional service. Osteopathy is an established recognised system of diagnosis and treatment, which lays its main emphasis on the structural and functional integrity of the body. It is distinctive by the fact that it recognises that much of the pain and disability which we suffer stems from abnormalities in the function of the body's structure as well as damage caused to it by disease.

Osteopath Consultation
All Osteopaths should start by taking a case history. This is to find out what is wrong. It generally lasts 10-15mins and will involve questions not only about where the pain is but also how it started and what it feels like and the things that make it better and worse. Observation and Tests I will ask you to undress down to your underwear. Depending on where your pain is I may only ask for you to take the top or bottom part of your clothes of. If you prefer not remove any clothing then please tell me and you may leave them on, but they need to be thin. The reason osteopaths ask people to undress down to their underwear is so we can observe the area of pain more closely. We also look for things like swelling and bruising and access peoples posture. Less clothes also makes treating you easier. I will do some tests to try and determine what is wrong and then explain to you what I have found and what I want to do. Treatment The treatment will generally involve some pulling and pushing (gentle or hard depending on the person) of the affected area to get the joints moving properly. There is normally some soft tissue work involved to loosen up the muscles and then if I feel it necessary and only with your consent I may do a manipulation (Click) or two. I also do some very gentle work (crano-sacral) where you will hardly feel anything happening. I generally explain what Im doing at the time. Occasionally I may put an acupuncture needle into a muscle or joint but only with your permission. The treatment does consist of a lot more but this is a general overview. At the end of the treatment I will give you some advise on exercises you can do to help yourself and advise on whether to use hot or cold packs.

The Foot Care Centre - General Practice in the UK

The Foot Care Centre

The Foot Care Centre, 34 Sussex Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 4EA
Chiropody and Podiatry Our four experienced practitioners, Jon Collins, Becky Waldron, Rosannah Burden and Charlie Young, provide a wide range of general chiropody treatments from corns, callus and verrucae, to ingrowing and fungal toenails. We specialise in treating foot and ankle pain; plantar fasciitis, heel pain/ spur, achilles tendonitis, bunions, medial and lateral knee pain, shin splints, capsulitis / bursitis associated with osteoarthritis in the joints of the foot and ankle. We prescribe semi-modified and custom-made orthotic insoles in conjunction with physical therapies including massage, mobilisation, therapeutic ultrasound and many more as treatment is tailored to the individual. We also treat ingrowing toenails conservatively with cutting in order to take pressure off the sides of the nails, or solve the problem permanently with a simple painless procedure that remove the side(s) of the nail ingrowing and kill off the nail root to prevent it from growing back. Dry Needling for Chronic and Persistent Verrucae. Dry needling is carried out painlessly under local anaesthetic. A sterile needle is then used to cause a localized trauma to the verruca itself. The aim of this is to implant the virally infected cells deeper into the tissue where it is quickly detected by the immune system and an immune response is stimulated. This process has been around for nearly 40 years but it's only recently reaching the shores of the UK from the states. It is very
