Karen Crookes Osteopath Dublin 2 - Karen Crookes

Karen Crookes Osteopath Dublin 2

28 South William Street, Dublin, Dublin 2
Rating from 1 Review I was really impressed with her professionalism and her skillsAnne, Ireland, 13 Oct 14

I went to Karen Crookes three times for a tight neck and lower back, as I wanted to add a physical hands-on- therapy to the other things I was doing. I was really impressed with her professionalism and her skills, the osteopathy was very non aggressive - ( I don't know if that's the right term, but I mean there was nothing unexpected or anxiety provoking in her manipulation of my neck! :) And its a bonus that she is a very affable nice person who I felt quickly at ease with. The results were fast and strong too and that of course is the priority. I felt totally re-aligned and the muscles relaxed over my neck and back in a way that was noticeable straight away, getting better and better till fully gone after the third visit. I also left each time without leaving feeling wrecked tired for the rest of the day, (as had happened before with osteopathy). All in all, highly recommended !!

Paediatric Osteopathy
The Osteopath’s job is to ‘set’ the body up in order to heal itself. To restore this normal function, the Osteopath gently applies a precise amount of force to promote movement of the bodily fluids, eliminate dysfunction in the motion of the tissues, and release compressed bones and joints. This treatment modality can be used to safely and effectively treat infants, babies, children and adults.
Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of Osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle touch and pressure to encourage the release of stresses and strains throughout the body.

Merrion Square Osteopaths - Osteopathic Clinic in Ireland

Rating from 2 Reviews I'm extremely happyFrances, Ireland, 15 May 15

I've known Mr Synge for 20 years, I first attended with back pain so bad it was difficult to sit for long periods, he treated me very well and corrected the problem. I've hurt myself in the intervening years lifting heavy suitcases and the like. I'm a very satisfied patient. When my daughter was born I brought her to see Mrs Synge, she helped fix a small neck problem which had been affecting breastfeeding. I'm extremely happy with both Mr & Mrs Synge, they are very knowledgeable in their chosen field, I feel safe in their hands. I highly recommend their clinic.

Has made such a big difference to my daughters lifeLana, Ireland, 24 Jun 14

Pamela Synge is a wonderful Osteopath and has made such a big difference to my daughters life in terms of movement with her Cerebral Palsy. I can not recommend Pamela enough.

Osteopathic treatment is not confined to only bones and muscles. It looks at the inter-relationships of all the bodys systems, including the musculoskeletal, respiratory and digestive systems, bringing together all the pieces of a puzzle to diagnose and treat the whole person. Osteopathy aims to address the cause of your problem and not just the presenting signs and symptoms. The gentle, holistic approach of Osteopathy makes it suitable to treat people of all age groups including infants, children, pregnant women, adults, the elderly and many more. There are a broad range of Osteopathic techniques and each are chosen specifically for your individual complaint. They may include gentle joint articulation or manipulation, stretching, ligament balancing and cranial techniques.
