Dr. Utku Erdem Ozer

Opr. Dr. Utku Erdem Özer is a highly experienced Orthopaedics and Traumatology specialist with over two decades of expertise in orthopaedic surgery. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and subsequently completed his specialisation in Orthopaedics and Traumatology, following success in the Medical Specialisation Exam (TUS).

From the early stages of his career, Dr. Özer has had a deep interest in sports injuries, orthopaedic trauma, and sports surgery. Between 2010 and 2012, he honed his skills in hand surgery and microsurgery with the Manus Hand Group and further expanded his experience in this field at Medicana Health Group in 2019.

Dr. Özer’s clinical expertise includes the treatment of sports injuries, hip and knee prosthetic surgery, arthroscopic procedures, orthopaedic trauma care, and peripheral nerve entrapment surgery. He is known for his meticulous approach, patient-centred care, and commitment to using the latest surgical techniques.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Özer serves as a faculty member at Haliç University Faculty of Health Sciences, where he teaches Anatomy and Surgical Science in the English Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department. His dedication to both patient care and medical education reflects his passion for advancing orthopaedic medicine and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.
