Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️
At first I was hesitant to book the procedures of my 2 sons since I have no first-hand information about the clinic and mainly rely in the reviews online. But from the start of the treatment until the last day everything went smoothly. Thanks to the amazing staff and doctors of Fizikon and specially Inci of PMC. I am truly thankful I came across PMC. Inci made it sure that everything was well taken cared of from hotel bookings, airport pick-up/drop-off and coordination in the clinic. Everything was made easy for us especially since it was our first time to come to Turkey. Highly recommended!
