I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ruiz who is an outstanding and talented surgeon, a high level professional with exceptional medical skills, a kind, gentle and warm person. I had a plastic surgery on February 1 of 2024: a mini face lift, neck lift, lower blepharoplasty and a perioral chemical peel. Dr. Ruiz was incredibly attentive to details, knowledgeable and skillful. I was provided excellent post-op care as well. I am healing nicely. I’d like to use this opportunity to thank Dr. Ruiz’s assistant Claudia. What a great team they are! Claudia’s help and patience were incredible and invaluable. She is a beautiful person inside and out, who had provided exceptional guidance throughout the whole process. I feel blessed to have met these two amazing ladies. They are forever in my heart. I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌
