I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.
I underwent cosmetic treatment at Florence Nightingale Istanbul using the Turkish Health Ministry’s official online directory. The surgical team, support staff, hospital facilities and concierge services were world-class. I was able to consult directly with the surgeon from Australia with the assistance of the hospital’s international rep (Alişer Durdiyev) via WhatsApp. Everything was arranged for me from hotel bookings to transfers, medications and follow up appointments during my stay in Instanbul. My procedures were recommended and performed by Dr Ahmet Umut Yuvaci, who was fantastic. Florence Nightingale is a first-class private hospital with exceptional patient care. It was money well invested. I had direct phone contact with Dr Ahmet and the patient support team throughout my stay to manage the admission to recovery.
Good experience. I had rehabilitation for more than 4 weeks. The treatment was good. I am hoping to get better in the coming weeks and months. I feel it was good value for money. I choose this clinic because I was convinced it was the right one. They treated me very well right from the time I arrived at the airport till I was taken back to the airport. The staff have very helpful. They seem to know their jobs well. I wish to come back and continue my réhabilitation
I was a little anxious about travelling alone for treatment. But my experience went smoothly. I was treated well from start to finish. Pick up from airport and hotel excellent with plenty of notice. Despite language differences, someone was always there to help. Would highly recommend it..Thankyou
