Joanne is very professional, and explained in detail. Problem with my rotator cuff lateral, have a video for exercises now. Even asked Joanne about my knee problem and explained what to do (only paid for rotator cuff problem)
I have just had my 1st sports massage with Matt after suffering headaches and tension, and I must say - it/he was impressive. Excellent friendly but professional service from the clinic for a reoccurring shoulder problem. Appointment within a couple of days so treatment and an exercise programme can start to take effect quickly. This is the third time I have needed the clinic's help and I would highly recommend them. I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. I also have some numbness in my fingers which Lavinia has also been treating with great success. I would not hesitate to recommend Weald chiropractic.
Having seen a few osteopaths and chiropractors over the years I must say Huw is the best of them. Knowledgeable, good at explaining what your body is doing and most importantly, giving useful exercises to help in the long term. He helped identify my neck issue and I could see immediate improvements after 1st visit. I used to work with him over 20 years ago at Blackbrook Sports Centre, so his experience in this field is decades old and it shows. As is the case with all specialists, the session price is not cheap at £55, but to be pain free or more mobile is worth every penny. If you are struggling with ongoing issues, and need a series of visits, look into a health plan to help cover costs, I use Simplyhealth but there are others and Huy can advise if needed.
