Abdominal Massage Ealing

Abdominal massage is a gentle and effective treatment focusing on the abdomen to stimulate bowel function. It helps relax a nervous bowel, relieve discomfort and pain caused by IBS, constipation, trapped wind, bloating. This treatment can also assist in better metabolic function and upper respiratory function through breathing and fascia release. We also incorporate reflexology, acupressure points, myofascial and diaphragm release techniques. Castor oil packs are also used when applicable. Abdominal massage is the perfect choice for anyone who is slightly apprehensive about having a Colon Hydrotherapy treatment. Please note: It is not advisable to have this treatment in the first 3 days of menstruation, after a heavy meal or after over-consumption of alcohol. This treatment can be had by itself or combine with another one such as Colon Hydrotherapy, Reflexology and Far Infrared Sauna Therapy.

Aromatherapy massage is one of the most popular types of massage. It combines essential oils with traditional massage techniques to enhance healing, pain relief, and stress reduction during a massage session.The essential oils are extracted from the parts of herbs and plants and contain all the properties of the plants themselves e.g. lavender, geranium, yang yang.

This is a Bespoke treatment. Holistic fusion massage is a blend eastern and western technique. It involves the application of gentle and deep strokes, acupressure, trigger points, essential oils or be wax, reflexology points, and muscle release techniques and stretches to help restore, balance and boost your overall well-being. Ideal for head, neck, back and lower back tension and pain, sciatica and piriformis syndrome. 

This is offered an addition to the main treatment , an additional 10-15 minutes 

Also known as 'colon hydro therapy' or 'Colonics' Today’s way of living can overburden our colons and as a result the bodys'  waste product ( stools) isn’t managed as  efficiently as one would like. Over time waste, toxins and gases build up, contributing to a multitude of symptoms and conditions. Cleaning the colon regularly can benefit the whole body and give you a greater sense of wellbeing.  Evidence? We think the best, most credible of evidence comes from what people 'just like you' say - on their client reviews.  If you look at the client reviews  we have on our independently monitored review page (google search, 'West London Colonics, Wahanda') you will find a diverse range of reviews there, over 50 and they are date-ordered from the more recent May 2014 reviews , all the way back to 2012. Most of our reviews, 30 or so are within the last 6-7 months. West London Colonics set great store by client feedback, for 2 reasons: a) We  are a service-led clinic ( its by having  a system of listening to clients that we improve our service to clients.)  b) We are happy that clients tell us publicly (on a review forum) what they think of us,whilst simultaneously telling others the same. There is a school of thought, derived from Ayurveda (the ancient Indian holistic health system) which hold that the colon will be prone to the effects of anxiety. In Ayurveda, bastis ( the ayurvedic term for enemas) could be indicated for people with anxiety (obviously based on a proper consultation). My experience with some folk with IBS is that anxiety may feature as a symptom, as can depression not clinical depression which is a clinical term) Drawing from that insight, Colon hydro- therapists do find that mood change is often found as appositive byproduct from colonics.  Evidence? Deep Tissue Massage    £45.00 (60 min) / £65 (90 min) / £85 (2 hrs) Deep Tissue Massage is designed to work on deeper muscles and connective tissue and works on chronic pain, muscle tension and spasm, including after physical exercise, and repetitive strain injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome.   Massage therapists may use fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms during the deep tissue massage.  You may be asked to breathe deeply as the massage therapist works on certain tense areas.
