My aim is relieve your pain!Clinical massage is an outcome based therapy, which can decrease pain and improve mobility. It is a mixture of eastern and western techniques, that treats the person, not the disease. Each treatment is tailor made to suit the individual. It has been proven to be helpful for both acute and chronic conditions. Being particularly effective for people who have been living with chronic pain, that is not improving. I aim to dramatically reduce clients pain within 1-6 treatments. I will use many different massage techniques and different types of stretching to gently release the restrictions and tightness.It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. A full free 30 minute consultation will take place with the first treatment to make the treatment as effective as possible. Treatments will take place in the comfort of your own home or at a local therapy room.
