About Portsmouth Massage

Parking and arrival:

During the victory centres open hours, please come up the front steps (or request disabled lift/ramp access if can’t use stairs). From the foyer come up to first floor via lift or stairs.

There is a large reception area at the top of the stairs with a cafe.

Studio 115 is along the corridor from the reception on the first floor, next to the lift (look for the lift signs).

Free parking:

2hr free on street parking, and 3 hour Asda car park.

Kirsten holds professional certifications in Hot Stone, Indian Head and Body Massage (including electronic gyratory /sports massager, infra red heat, infrasonic therapy, Bamboo massage, reflexology, baby massage classes and facials. 

Kirsten is covered by The Guild of Holistic Therapists insurance cover for Treatments, plus Public and Products Liability (£3m indemnity). If wanting to cover therapy costs with private medical insurance, please keep hold of your receipt.

Massage has been an integral part of Kirsten's life for over 25 years. The massage Kirsten offers is a unique one which evolved from Kirstens own experience of giving and receiving massages, her education in massage therapies, plus general tools for health: Meditation, Healthy eating & Yoga. Kirsten completed other uncertified courses including Shiatsu, Reflexology, Holistic massage, baby massage and baby yoga over the years. The massage is designed to aid the body in its healing and rebalancing processes, and having benefited from this herself, Kirsten offers the massage professionally to all.
