We think the best, most credible of evidence comes from what people 'just like you' say - on their client reviews.  If you look at the client reviews  we have on our independently monitored review page (google search, 'West London Colonics, Wahanda') you will find a diverse range of reviews there, over 50 and they are date-ordered from the more recent May 2014 reviews , all the way back to 2012. There is a school of thought, derived from Ayurveda (the ancient Indian holistic health system) which hold that the colon will be prone to the effects of anxiety. In Ayurveda, bastis ( the ayurvedic term for enemas) could be indicated for people with anxiety (obviously based on a proper consultation). My experience with some folk with IBS is that anxiety may feature as a symptom, as can depression not clinical depression which is a clinical term) Drawing from that insight, Colon hydro- therapists do find that mood change is often found as appositive byproduct from colonics.  Evidence?
