Pregnancy Massage €50 - €65
There are many benefits to pregnancy massage. Not only are you spending some well deserved time treating yourself, but prenatal massage can be a great help. One of the major benefits is how pregnancy massage promotes relaxation. This hormone when abundant, helps to soften the cervix in preparation for labour and keeps labour moving along. Some of the additional benefits include: Tranquil relaxation and reduction of stress, Relief from muscle cramps, spasms, and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs, Increase in blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling, Reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, Improves outcome of labor and eases labour pain, Enhances the pliability of skin and underlying tissues, Provides support for the new mother with physical and emotional strains of mothering.  Studies done in the past 10 years have shown that hormone levels associated with relaxation and stress are significantly altered with weekly pregnancy massage, particularly in the last trimester. This can regulate your mood and improve heart health. These changes in hormone levels also led to fewer complications during birth . The evidence points strongly to maternal and newborn health benefits when relaxing, therapeutic massage is incorporated into regular prenatal care.

No gain without painValerie, Ireland, 01 06 17

I had a deep tissue massage. They say no gain without pain and certainly, I felt pain. However 6 hours later I have absolutely no pain in my back. Really good. On completion, the receptionist offered a 20%discount off a future treatment for which advance payment was needed. I told her I wanted to see if the treatment worked prior to booking further appointments. This is a once only offer b 4 leaving.???? Surely a discount when one establishes that it has worked and a client wants to return would make better sense.

Treatment was nice, felt great after it. Price was as quoted. The only criticism I have is that the therapist talked for the duration of the massage, which meant that I couldn't relax as much as I had hoped.

Felt relaxed and well after my treatment.Guida, Dublin, 29 07 15

I suffered from depression for many years. He was approachable, explained everything that I asked, and the session was very straight forward. I felt relaxed and well afterward, and It has had a great impact on my life. I find Mr. Anders a very good professional, helpful, easy going, and most of everything, human and honest. I attended at Mr. Anders house. I was apprehensive, but afterward I thought it was as good as. The space is nice and relaxing, and I was back for a next session which felt as good. I will be back to tackle my next rock.

Pregnancy Massage from €60
Pregnancy massage shares many of the goals of regular massage — to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and to encourage a sense of wellbeing and total relaxation. Our fully qualified Pregnancy Massage therapists are trained to adjust their techniques according to the individual needs of each woman and their changing bodies.
Massage
Deep Tissue Massage from €60
Deep tissue massage is effective because of its technique - consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia. In many cases, a deep tissue massage has replaced the classic Swedish massage in terms of frequency of use. Whereas visitors to any spa around the country may have traditionally sought out a massage that simply relaxed, now they are seeking a massage that also stimulates, conditions, and heals.
