I booked to have a breast reduction and lift, my first point of contact was with Esra, and she couldn’t of been more friendly, welcoming and kind if she tried! She answered all my questions and made the process so simple! I flew from Gatwick and had a slight delay but this was no problem! When I arrived my transfer was so friendly and picked me up from the airport and took me to the hospital where I was greeted by both Esra and Burçay who were just amazing, nothing was to much and they made sure I had everything I needed.
