Took my grandmother for treatment of her eyes. She had blur vision, the doctor performed eye drop surgery, very comfortable and easy for the patient. Good result after surgery. Nice experience. Good explanation by the doctor up to the point where there is no waiting time as it was on a weekday. Happy with the doctor's friendliness, explanation of the health issue, treatment satisfaction, value for money and wait time.

I came to BGN at Lotte World Tower to have laser eye surgery. They were wonderful, had nice staff, and even a translator who assisted me with all the steps and made sure things were explained to me in English. I was able to get the consult and surgery on the same day. I received a SMILE, which is a minimally invasive eye surgery with quick recovery time. The surgery itself lasted less than 10 minutes, and by that evening I was feeling well enough to have dinner with my family. I am now a week past surgery and my eyes are great... But best of all I CAN SEE 20/20 with NO contacts or glasses! My only regret was not doing it sooner. And to speak to the price- SMILE here at BGN cost less for both eyes than it would have cost me to get one eye done back in the USA. Fabulous experience and I would totally recommend it.

This is Prof. Chandrashekhar Ramesh Gajbhiye from Mumbai. Dr. Jayant Kole is very friendly, cooperative and completely approachable. He treated the patient in a very well manner, make feels so comfortable. All nursing staff and Reception desk people are well trained and dedicated to patient services. Hospitality, staff behaviour, hygiene and everything is excellent. Maintaining social distancing from each other. I just want to say about Reception Desk Lady whose name is Rekha Narkhedkar. Rekhaji is always on hand to help with any needs, extremely courteous, friendly, helpful, supportive, and attentive. She has given us wonderful service. Whenever I asked anything, she immediately responded to me in a polite manner. She treated my mother like a family member. I have never seen her ( medical Staff ) in my full life in the hospital. Really hats off to her, We really need this type of medical staff in each and every hospital. The Hospital is located in the centre of Nagpur. I would highly recommend the Jasleen Hospital
