Reiki  
Reiki is a non-invasive, soothing and nurturing healing treatment from Japan. Both powerful and gentle, it relieves stress and encourages relaxation, helping to restore the vital energy we lose in daily life.The reiki practitioner gently places his or her hands in a sequence of positions covering your whole body. The therapy is simple but highly beneficial, and you can learn to practise it on yourself or on members of your family. The Reiki Association says: ‘As running water smoothes the jagged edges of a rock until it is small enough to roll away, reiki flows to the areas of need, soothing pain and supporting the bodys natural ability to heal itself. Reiki restores balance in ones life.’What to expectFirst we’ll ask you about yourself and what is troubling you. And we’ll explain what will happen during your session.It could not be more simple. You lie fully clothed on the treatment couch. Your reiki practitioner places his or her hands in a subtle pattern of positions on your head and the front and back of your torso. Rest assured that the placement of the hands will never be intrusive. Sandra is a true professional and makes you feel so welcome she is a lovely lady who I would strongly recommend if you require any skin procedures. Sandra is also supporting me with my weight loss as I also buy my Cambridge diet foods from her when I visit once a week.

After suffering severe lower back pain, which wasn’t helped by my GP services, I decided to get in touch with this chiropractic service, which is within walking distance of where I live. My problem was immediately diagnosed and I felt that I was definitely in the right place, with people who know exactly what they’re doing. Everyone is lovely and helpful and the treatment prices are very reasonable. I’m absolutely sure that if I hadn’t visited this chiropractor I would be in a worse situation than I am now. I would definitely recommend.

I recently had vaser liposuction and was advised to have as many manual lymphatic drainage massages as possible to help with recovery and results. Tonia is extremely skilled, professional and friendly. The MLD massages have helped me enormously to recover and look in better shape after my surgery. I highly recommend Tonia for MLD massages.
