A visit to family in Whitstable was significantly disrupted on the second day - the pain was that severe that I couldn't stand upright, walk or drive. Debilitating back and leg pain stopped me from sleeping. The pain came from nowhere and I couldn't do anything without searing pain down my leg. Unable to find a comfortable position except for bending forward at 90 degrees! Desperate for relief I found a chiropractic facility provided by BodyWell. They completed a thorough exam and x-rays, nerve scans. I felt I was in the right place. Within just a few visits I could sleep and the pain was relieved. The improvements have been somewhat remarkable. I was recommended a series of corrections adjustments over 6 weeks and I find myself looking more upright and moving more freely than I did before I injured myself. The professional treatment has been first class, enabling me to walk freely without pain once again. Everything was explained with courtesy and the facility is great too! My clinic is situated on the ground floor in the Lombard Wellbeing Centre which also offers full disabled facilities and can be found at 12/17 Upper Bridge Street in Canterbury Kent. Being situated near the City its position with access to the cities numerous car parks and public transport alike. For those with their own transport there is Holmans Meadow a large Pay & Display car park immediately behind the centre that offers a number of Blue Badge parking bays as well as standard bays. For those without their own transport then the bus and rail stations are both within walking distance making AM First Steps Hypnotherapy accessible to all.
