Soul Therapy was established in 2001, and the holistic therapies offered are supportive, providing a healing space for clients away from the stressors of daily life. Treatments are excellent for anxiety & stress related conditions such as insomnia, IBS, migraine, muscle pain & immobility due to tension, fatigue. The aims of the therapies are to restore body balance and enhance wellbeing.
Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Reiki and combined therapies are offered. Reflexology & Massage for pregnancy. Also on-site treatments are provided for corporate and community groups.
The therapist Geraldine is ITEC qualified in Aromatherapy and Sports Massage, Reflexology, Stress Management as well as Diet and Nutrition. She has also obtained a Master level in Reiki and completed advanced massage and reflexology training as a commitment to professional continuous development.
Clients may be able to claim a portion of their Reflexology treatments back from their health insurer. Through therapist membership
of the National Register of Reflexologists (Ireland) they are accredited by AVIVA, Laya Healthcare, VHI Healthcre and GloHealth.

Indian Head Massage is extremely beneficial for the head, neck and shoulders, it relaxes and revives this area. Essential oils are also used to enhance this treatment. Muscle tension is relieved, also helpful for tension headaches. Blood supply is increased to the area thereby nourishing and eliminating waste and leaving the client feeling relaxed and refreshed.
