I would highly recommend Ciara. She is an extremely knowledgeable Herbalist plus the fact she is a nurse made me feel even more at ease.

I felt great after the treatment. It was very welcoming and relaxing environment and I would definitely return. I often suffer from constipation especially if I travel or eat too much gluten, but this is a great kick start treatment to get the body back in order.
