About Beaumont Reflexology & Holistics

I love what I do and firmly believe that complementary therapies whether used for general well being or alongside conventional medicine for more serious conditions can greatly improve a persons quality of life and overall health. My number one aim at all times is to provide the best possible treatment for each client.

I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2003. Since then I have combined reflexology with full time work for two of Dublin's leading health store chains. Working in holistic retail has provided me with a huge amount of training in nutritional supplements and made me acutely aware of the modern day health issues that concern people. I now run a full time private home based practice as a Holistic Therapist. I am fully insured and as a member of the I.R.I.L reflexology treatments are covered under the majority of main healthcare insurance plans. Please check your policy for details. I am committed to ongoing professional development through further training and continue to attend workshops and seminars in both reflexology and other therapies. I also offer Indian Head Massage ( currently not available due to injury )and Ear Candling treatments and I am currently studying Energy Healing and The Metamorphic Technique.

If you are feeling tired or stressed, suffer from digestive conditions such as IBS, have female health problems like PCOS, have fertility issues, are experiencing unpleasant menopause symptoms or simply need an hour for yourself to relax your mind and body then a reflexology treatment may be just what you need. I am particularly interested in helping clients deal with the effects of stress and in the area of female health.

Consultations are generally available by prior appointment Monday - Friday between 11am - 7pm. Saturday consultations are between 11.30am and 3:30pm. As Saturday appointments are very popular please book with as much advance notice as possible late inquiries cannot be guranteed an available appointment. Call today to arrange your treatment. When I was pregnant I suffered from extreme bloating in my feet, fatigue and soreness in my legs. I visited Heather with 6 weeks to go to my due date and it was the best thing I could of done. Heather was so professional in assessing my needs and the treatment was fantastic. Extremely relaxing and a week later I returned with a huge difference in my symptoms. I continued to go until my due date as it was so relaxing and I slept so well after. The room is very relaxing and Heather adapts completely to how you would like your treatment from letting you relax and fall asleep to having a chat if you would like. Couldn't recommend enough as the well being feel afterwards lasts way beyond the treatment.

5 50 Hopi Ear Candling, Reflexology

I have had regular reflexology treatments from Heather in the last year and each one leaves me feeling relaxed and better able to cope with stress. My sleep has improved greatly as a result of the regular sessions.
Due to a build up of wax in my ears I recently tried hopi ear candling and had a wonderful treatment from Heather, the head massage at the end was so relaxing that I fell asleep.I highly recommend Heather, she does not rush you in any way and really gives her all.

Ear Candling - Beaumont Reflexology & Holistics

A wonderful treatment approximately one hour long that may benefit a host of conditions such as compacted ear wax, tinnitus, tension headaches, sinus problems, pain in the ears after flying etc. Non invasive and very relaxing I use pure unbleached, beeswax candles available unscented or impregnated with organic essential oils. The treatment involves the actual ear candling and a soothing facial massage to relieve tension, stimulate specific pressure points and aid lymphatic drainage. The cost of this treatment is 50 euro.

Reflexology is an excellent treatment that benefits a wide range of conditions and allows the body time to balance and relax. It is a holistic treatment that benefits all the systems of the body. It is generally performed on the feet and is non invasive. Just some of the things it can benefit are  pregnancy and fertility, menopause, PMS, stress related problems such as insomnia and tension, IBS, Oedema, Sinus problems and low energy. I offer a 40 min treatment for 35 euro and an intensive 75 min treatment for 45 euro.
