They really have healing hands

I was looking to have reflexology to help me to relax. From start to finish Valerie was easy to talk to and I did not feel rushed in any way. She is very professional and reasonable. I felt very relaxed and my energy levels are returning. She also did some angelic healing which I really hope to feel the benefits of too.

Full Body Massage

I had a full body massage, which was absolutely fantastic, it really helped me with my back, and I had a lot of relief after it, It was extremely relaxing, and I must book in again soon, I really would really recommend her, very welcoming and professional, and also it's a very reasonable price, I don't think u can ask for much more..

I felt so much lighter and relaxed

I had a deep tissue massage last night and it was amazing, my shoulders were tight and I felt so much lighter and relaxed afterwards. Her room is really comfortable and Valerie has a lovely manner. Will definitely be booking with her again.

This is a treatment at the feet. They are mini map of your body this therapy is used to treat the whole body. On each foot they are five zones and the reflex points in both feet correspond to internal organs and limbs to balance the functions of the system.

The tumb pressure used stimulates the related organ and allowing the body to heal itself unblocking the energy within that zone. Stimulation of these reflex points then brings the entire body both physically and mentally back into balance.

It's a holistic treatment it works on principle that the whole person must be treated.If one area is out of balance then all other areas will be. When pressure is applied to area of the foot it will benefit not only the feet but also the rest of the body.
