I had a mommy makeover at 57 at Clinic Experts, Istanbul, Turkey. I had 3 children and lost and kept off over 150lbs for over 15 years. My makeover included 360 liposuction and lift to the torso, lipo and lift of the arms, and lipo on thighs. I wanted to write a solid review and have decided it will take three separate reviews. One for my case worker I call my medical ambassador, one for the hospital and experience there, and a third for the surgeon and results sometime after 8 weeks post op to have a better idea of the results. This is 1 of 3: My Medical Ambassador with ClinicExperts. After reaching out to four places, ClinicExperts got my attention by responding within hours on the weekend on WhatsApp. Mo Wahab always responded quickly and clearly. He provided information and prices without making me feel pressured. Quoted prices are typically only good for about 1-2 weeks with any agency. Once you decide you want their service it’s locked in for whenever you plan to have your procedure. ClinicExperts pricing fell in the midrange of other quotes and had good availability of dates for when I wanted. I reviewed actual client photos and reviews again then settled on Clinic Experts as my final choice. Mo gave prices and available dates quickly. Sent patient photos, clips, and links for my procedures so I could see the surgeon's work in particular. Once we decided on everything, Mo reserved my surgical date and hotel as part of the package. I sent my flight information and he arranged all transportation. What really made all the difference was that Mo checked in on me and established a rapport pre-op. We started a countdown, helped keep my head on straight. He was incredibly thoughtful and supportive of this as mental and physical process. I felt we became friends so when I arrived I was very comfortable thinking someone was there for me. I can’t imagine how it would have felt without that bond (professional but powerfully reassuring). As an American living in Portugal he arranged an English interpreter at the hospital. I did hear a bit of Portugese being spoken as well. They have someone who speaks any language a client may need. Without me asking Mo made requests and arrangements for me even while I was in the hospital. I forgot to pack my wall charger for my phone. He reached out to staff on my behalf and the nurses collected my devices to recharge at the desk whenever I looked pathetic holding it with the cord, smh. I didn’t feel judged or scalded for something I knew was a big miss on my part. Talk about the extra mile. I hoped the hotel would have USB ports but if not Mo was on standby to have someone get a charger for me. Fortunately, the hotel had a small store inside and I was able to purchase a charger under $6 but it felt good having Mo in the wings at all times. Even after the move to the hotel, Mo was part of a daily routine. He checked in and would remind me of doctors orders and instructions, like water and walking. He was reassuring of the stages of recovery and supportive of any concern I expressed. He was on standby for the entire day of the journey home and two weeks post-op Mo still checks in randomly to remind me of milestones and numerous standing orders and recommendations. My overall experience with ClinicExperts is good thus far but it is an understatement to say my experience with Mo is exceptional.

It was great. I came alone and l was a bit worry. However, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They ensure everything running well since l was at the airport to the hotel and hospital. They explained the procedures in detail. Now is my 3-week post-surgery and so far so good.

I was very happy with how it went. The staff was great, especially Mehmet Ali was very kind and helpful. The accommodation and transfers were also good. I was also given a lot more grafts than anticipated for no extra charge. Many thanks!

My entire experience was awesome from the first contact to seeing the results. Rabia was always there to answer any questions. She and Ahmed took care of all the logistics and made sure the schedule worked for me. The whole staff was very professional and attentive. Dr. Anis, Rabia, and Ahmet ensured all aspects of the procedure and the care went smoothly. It is amazing to see a full head of hair within a few months! I could go on and on but I can confidently say that I could not have had a better experience. They provided the right balance of all things that matter. Turkey is a beautiful country with great food and culture, friendly people, and many historical sites. Make sure to keep some time to explore!

I am very pleased with the whole package offered from accommodation to service and doctor's treatment. Even after my return back home, the doctors still followed my well being and answered every enquiry I had. It was a superb experience with a very positive outcome.

or me, it was very difficult to chose the right clinic. There are many HT(Hairtransplant) provider. So I searched in the Internet, Instagram, Google, Review Sites for the "best" clinic. I wrote to a lot of clinics - instagram/whatsapp/fb/email and sent them my photos of the hairs. (front, back, top, video) I asked them about the price, situation of my hairs, who does operate and many more questions. Some were answering, a lot not. (or it took like 5 Weeks, a joke :-)) After they told me about the situation of my hairs and the price, I asked many more questions. (transfer, costs, hotel, operation, flight, medicaments, duration of the op, grafts, pre-op, post-op, airport, Istanbul, pictures of other patients, how to take care of the hairs, success rate, risks, doctor) Many clinics needed like 2-5 days per answer, really exhausting, other clinics did not answer. Some of them looked like they only want money and patients, just money focusing. Thats not what I want. If you google HT you will see many "Top-Results" .. I dont want to talk bad about them, but if you look closer u will see, they are only looking for maximum profit and money, the human/person doesnt matter, they only want your money. Operations done by the assistents and like 10-20 people per day, thats like a supermarket. So I looked for another one. So I came across the Suzermed Clinic, at first I did not want to the the operation there. Because I found no reviews, pictures, facebook, instagram .. nearly nothing. And they were also not so expensive like others - so I thought they only offer cheap/bad HT's. But I talked/wrote with them.. I asked them the same questions, my concers, my problems.. And he always replied nice, and competent.. yeah I had a loft of questions, and while i were chatting with them, the questions became more and more. After they answered all my questions, I decided to to with them, even if I was not 100% sure. But the other clinics were not not trustfully enough. I booked the flight 3 Months later from germany to istanbul. I paid like 300€ for 2 flights (outward/return flight). You can save a lot of money if you book earlier! >>fast forward I took the flight from Germany to Istanbul (2h) and arrived in istanbul at 10PM. I should go to the healthpoint in the airport to meet the guys. I met the drive, and he took me to the hotel "Holiday Inn Kadikoy". The hotelroom was really nice and luxurious so I could sleep very well. The next day, the driver picked me up and we drived to the hospital. Acıbadem is a really nice hotel, very very luxurious and modern, I was'nt really expecting this. Its really outstanding in the area, because its so modern that it does not fit into the enviroment in comparison to the the other buildings. I went in, and met "Hasan", he was my contact person the whole time. We were talking a bit and heading to the doctor. I showed him my hairs, talked a bit about my hairs, my parents, my expectations. The next step was Operation.. We went the operation room, and the doctor shaved my head > bald head. Then he painted my new hairline on the head and we talked about. After this the operation started, they cut my new holes in the head (holes for the hairs), removed my hairs from the back and planted the hairs from the back into the new holes on my head. This took like 10/11 hours with breaks for toilet, food. Then they gave me the creme and medicaments, pillow with more informations what to do. After the 11 hours, they drove me back to the hotel where I could sleep. The next Day I was picked up again by the driver and we drove to the hospital. So they removed the bandage and washed my head and the doctor examined the head and everything was great. At home I did my daily routin with washing and creming and everything went fine, after 10days the bloody crust was gone. Now I write all the time with the clinic and send photos so I can be sure everything is fine. I can definitely recommend this clinic, they are certificated, high standards, modern and luxurious.
