I contacted HERO Institute approximately a year ago and was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from day one. It was also nice to do this in Colombia where none of my friends, colleges or tennis partners knows me, it was a bit easier to “disguise” my transformation. Being on Zoom so much in the pandemic didn’t hurt either.
