I came in for cardiac ablation. I was very nervous but the doctors and nurses put me at ease. The medical staff were wonderful. My room was spotless. My treatment was first class, food was okay too. All the staff including the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.

From start to finish the consultation and care of all staff was amazing. We self-funded the operation so we were responsible for all our own research of the provider and surgeon. We were never going to have surgery with anybody else after meeting Bruno. His empathy, knowledge and compassion was gold standard. On the day of operation, there was a long delay due to a patient having complications - Bruno kept us informed throughout the day as we needed reassurance that the operation wouldn’t be cancelled. (We aren’t local) Aftercare was equally impressive. Special mention to the dietician/nutritionist (Caroline) who is a huge support pre and post surgery. Even down to efficient blood testing and pre op appoints were on time and nothing too much trouble. We are now 15months post surgery and it’s been life-changing. Thank you again to all staff.
