I'm just going to be direct here: I went to see Dr Shafiz for haemorrhoid treatment as he was the first listed clinic on google for that exact condition and I did not even research any other clinic. So I went without a high expectation; I just wanted to get it over with. However, as soon as I talked to him, he explained the nature of illness meticulously I started to calm down knowing that I would be in safe hands. The way he spoke made me feel welcomed as if he had known me all his life and never once spoke condescendingly. His skills were top-notch so I started to believe my condition was treatable after all; the entire procedure of haemorrhoid banding was PAINLESS. For once in my life I wanted my next clinic appointment to arrive sooner rather than later! Plus points: clinic looked bright and spotless + counter staff were very polite

I admitted my brother- in- law Mr Annam Vasu in Bharathirajaa Hospital, G N Chetty Road, Tnagar, Chennai on 03/08/2020 in very sick condition with a breathing problem. The hospital staff are very much friendly and cooperative especially Dr.Balaji Venkatesan (Intensivist), cooperated with me very well informing me about the patient's condition regularly. He attends the phone call any time even in the midnight or early morning and answers very politely. My brother-in-law was in ICU for the first two days. Then he shifted to a normal room and discharged on 13/08/2020. Now his health is in good condition and doing all his regular activities in a normal way. Thanks to M/s Bharathirajaa Hospital who saved my brother-in-law’s life.
