Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly supportive, liaising with doctors and ensuring we had everything we needed for each appointment. His guidance made what can be a very stressful experience feel calm, organised, and straightforward. Ahmed is a genuinely kind, caring, and honest person. In an area where it can be difficult to know who to trust, he truly stood out as someone genuine who had our best interests at heart.
