Well organised and clean. The moment you enter the clinic waiting area, you don't need to do anything just listen and they will automatically call your number and name. There is a TV on the waiting area. The doctor is open to inquiries and explained the condition of my daughter's eyes.
Visited on a Sunday evening and was examined and treated by Dr Tan S.E. She was attentive to my condition (conjunctivisits of both eyes) and addressed my concerns attentively. Tried messaging their WhatsApp hotline for appointment confirmation but ended up calling them after 2 hours to let them know ahead of time that I will be walking in.

We can't thank Dr Wilson enough for the special and excellent care provided and for the unique gift you are to your patients. We have great confidence in his abilities and with grateful thanks to his team. My husband’s cataract was extremely dense, with dry eyes and zero vision on his left eye. With Dr Wilson's professional hand in removing the hard-rock cataract and 2 sutures in the eye. My husband was able to regain some blurry vision back even though he had glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration.
