I had Laser Eye Surgery. The experience could not have gone any better. Professional and clean environment. The assistant Ania was very kind to me and my sister and made us feel very comfortable and welcome as I was very nervous. I would recommend to anyone. They were thorough with the tests and the actual procedure was quick, around 1-2 minutes per eye. I could see great as soon as it was done, and almost perfect vision the next morning.

I booked to have a breast reduction and lift, my first point of contact was with Esra, and she couldn’t of been more friendly, welcoming and kind if she tried! She answered all my questions and made the process so simple! I flew from Gatwick and had a slight delay but this was no problem! I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.
