Due to an unforeseen traffic accident and resulting delays, I arrived flustered and too late to be seen on my first appointment. This was dealt with very sympathetically, and a new appointment arranged within a few days. The Cryopen treatment was quick and comfortable, and the results have been perfect. Thoroughly recommended, all the staff were delightful.

Recently had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr Seth. First time having anything like this done and I was so nervous but both Jemma and Dr Seth and the nurse made it as stress-free as possible as well as answering my thousands of questions and any concerns thus far into the healing process. I am only 2 weeks post op so still healing up but will post before and after pics in another 6 weeks or so. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and patience with me.
