The whole procedure from walking in the door to walking out again with 'new ears' took less than 20 minutes. Georgia is a very professional, polite young lady who made me feel at ease straight away. Step by step explanations of what was about to happen reassured me that I was in good hands. And a free hearing test to boot - which I passed with a 'good hearing' qualification!
