On a chance, I rang this clinic to get a blood culture test as no other doctor could refer me. Dr. Adel Bugtur, a dermatologist, came on the phone, and I got an appointment to visit him at the polyclinic in no time. He asked me from the beginning what my problem was and how long I have been suffering "skin infections." He told me he loves a challenge, so I had blood tests/swabs taken and a nasal sample to find out what infection is causing me to have repeated sores and ulcers for the last 8 years. I felt he really cared and listened in great detail, looked at my photos from my infections. The staff, Jessica and Julia, were very nice and attentive. A fine clinic, very clean and welcoming. Went to this doctor last night as I was feeling unwell Amazing service, such a lovely doctor and it was nice to be seen so quickly and really listened to. Really couldn’t recommend it anymore as the service was excellent and I am a nurse myself. The receptionist on duty was so nice additionally which made my trip so easy. I can’t remember the doctor's name however I visited him on 14-12-2023 at 9 o clock at night and he was so nice and professional Well done.
