Men's Health Consultation Dublin South City Centre

I visited the clinic twice and I was satisfied each time. The doctor diagnosed my problems well, he explained everything and I got a good medicine. The first time I had perioral dermatitis (misdiagnosed and treated by another doctor). Now I have dermatitis between my toes. At first I thought I had a fungal infection because it is in the same place, so I used the wrong medicine (including google search ideas...). In both cases, the wrong treatment before going to the clinic made my problem worse. A few years ago I found a very positive clinic review on some forum, so I ended up there.

Warm in conduct and very professional. Displayed genuine concern, empathy, compassion, and willing to help. Reassuring and comforting, addressing all issues. I felt safe, appreciated and protected. Absolutely the best experience I had within healthcare system so far in Ireland.

Had a mini medical scare last week and contacted Hanover Medical Centre for a consultation, firstly over the phone and then a face-to-face assessment. The staff on the phones were incredibly professional and helpful in trying to accommodate my (stressful) needs and I would like to say a big thank you to all of them for their help. My appointment was with Dr David Gibson and he was really fantastic. Both over the phone and in person, he made me feel at ease and decreased my initial stresses very quickly. He was very courteous and made a number of phone calls on my behalf to try to find a hospital for a further appointment and pending surgery. He even followed up my appointment with a follow-up phone call to me to see if I had been accommodated with the hospital appointment. A really nice and very personal touch. Thank you, Dr Gibson, for all your help and I would definitely attend again should I be in need of medical care and attention. Many thanks to all at Hanover Medical. :)
