I, Bairbre, Ac. Licentiate. Ac. C. Ac (Nanjing) (M.A.F.P.A)  am a licensed Acupuncturist who initially trained for 3 years in the Professional Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland, training under the Foundation’s many distinguished doctors including Dr Lao Jin Huide of Lincoln University in my final year of training. Having qualified as an Acupuncturist, I travelled to China and undertook postgraduate training at Nanjing University’s International Acupuncture Training Centre at the TCM hospital of Jian Su Province, training under the hospital director, Dr Gu Zhaojun and Dr Qiao Wenlei of Nanjing University.
