I, Bairbre, Ac. Licentiate. Ac. C. Ac (Nanjing) (M.A.F.P.A)  am a licensed Acupuncturist who initially trained for 3 years in the Professional Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland, training under the Foundation’s many distinguished doctors including Dr Lao Jin Huide of Lincoln University in my final year of training. Having qualified as an Acupuncturist, I travelled to China and undertook postgraduate training at Nanjing University’s International Acupuncture Training Centre at the TCM hospital of Jian Su Province, training under the hospital director, Dr Gu Zhaojun and Dr Qiao Wenlei of Nanjing University. As a registered member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association, I am strictly regulated and patients can be assured of receiving professional, ethical treatment. Dermot O'Connor was educated at UCD and is the author of the best selling book - "The Healing Code" and the forthcoming book "The Fertility Code".  As Chairman of The Acupuncture Council of Ireland he oversaw the regulation and development of the largest register of qualified acupuncturists in Ireland.  Dermot has lectured throughout Europe on Emotional Health, Chinese Medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, and Mind/Body medicine. Dermot has studied oriental medicine in the UK, Ireland, US and Canada with some of the leading authorities on health and wellbeing and has also worked at numerous prestigious hospitals throughout China

Prof M Saleem Khan is the Founder President and Former Principal of the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland. Since 1987 he has trained over 600 professionals in how to apply Cosmetic Acupuncture in such a way that there is no need of facial injectibles.  He also does Okland Massage, a cupping therapy special technique which uplifts the face, gets rid of wrinkles, firms the tummy, boosts your energy and may have many more benefits. Prof Khan is also a visiting associate professor at one of the most prestigious universities, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  He is also a Pain Specialist and has worked in this capacity over the last 28 years.

We have experienced teachers in Yoga and Pilates and simply, our studio is very special, the ambiance and people very inviting.
