I had developed a rash on my body.

Dermatologist Consultation
Were you pleased with the treatment?

I went to the London Dermatology Centre because I had developed a rash on my body. I was booked in quickly and as soon as I saw the doctor he explained that patch testing would be the best way to identify the cause of the rash. He was knowledgeable about the possible causes and the testing was done well. I found out what was causing it and was given information to help me in the future along with some medications to help bring the rash down.

Would you recommend the clinic?

The admin staff have been excellent, well-mannered and efficient. No matter what the problem they will always try to help, and they always return my phone calls in a timely manner. I would definitely rate the LDC.

Would you return for further treatment?

Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. The doctor was so helpful, especially since I was in a lot of discomfort. I will definitely come back should I have any problems in the future.

I received a fantastic level of care

Dermatologist Consultation
Were you pleased with the treatment?

I was impressed with the standard of care that I received at this clinic. I have been to other clinics in the area regarding my skin and they have been expensive and unhelpful but the doctor I saw at the London Dermatology Centre was helpful and professional. I'm not one of those people who believes that a doctor needs to be chatty to be interested in my case. Personalities differ and I received a fantastic level of care from my doctor.

Would you recommend the clinic?

The admin staff were great from beginning to end. Over the phone they were informative and efficient and in person at reception they were friendly. Couldn't have asked for more.

Would you return for further treatment?

I would definitely class it as a positive experience and I've already booked in a follow up.
