Hi, my name is Lesley, I’m 62. My neck and under jawline had become floppy, in my words. It made me feel awful. I continually covered it up. Then I decided to investigate Surgery. I googled so many places, then I remembered my Mother had had a full facelift at Blackheath hospital 40 years ago. That’s when I contacted them and was put in touch with Matthew James. I went along to see him, and decided to go ahead with neck/ lower face lift. OMG, surgery went ahead with Mr James. Immediately after coming round from anaesthetic and looking in the mirror, the results for me were fantastic. Less than 2 weeks later, I had stitches out. It has changed my life from start to finish. The service provided was 5-star all the way. I’m no longer ashamed of my saggy neck. It’s gone. Honestly,y my friends are all amazed at the difference in my look and mood. I’m sooo happy. Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease completely. I saw Dr Syed Mashhadi and Gabriella, and they were both amazing. They helped me with everything, told me what they were doing throughout, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were constantly checking on me and making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. Each time I came back, they recognised me and we had a chat about the previous appointment, which made me feel great. The receptionist (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also extremely kind and the whole surgery has a very warm and welcoming approach. When booking, the response time was very quick, and again they answered all of my questions very quickly and happily. I truly cannot put my recommendation of this clinic into words, it was beyond amazing for me! Thank you to all of those involved!

I booked an appointment at the London Real Skin as an attempt at clearing up my spots after struggling to find a product that worked. Like most people who suffer from redness, bruising and blackheads, I felt self-conscious talking about my problem but during the consultation Naomi made me feel instantly comfortable throughout the treatment. The treatment I opted for was Obagi medical blue peel which the practitioner decided would be best for my current skin problem. Aside from the incredibly thorough treatment, the experience of the place as a whole, I would recommend it to anyone. Not only are the staff warm and welcoming but the atmosphere of the clinic - based in the heart of London's Holborn, gives a fresh twist on dated beauty salons. I went straight home after the treatment and my family noticed instantly my glowing complexion. Thank you .
