In March 2019 I came for an appointment with doctor Ejikeme where I was looking for a treatment that was actually going to harm my skin and not give me the long term benefit I was looking for. I learned things about my skin skincare and makeup ingredients that I was not even aware of. I embarked on a 6 skincare treatment before adding peeling and since then I have no issue going to work or being seen without makeup. Actually, I barely wear makeup although I buy more now :-). Thank you for teaching me patience and kindness towards my skin, stopping for looking for short term results vs longer terms. Thank you for adapting the service you provide to me based on my needs, thank you for not pushing me to buy something that will only benefit the decrease or my wallet vs my skin. I have a long list of things that still want to improve on my body and face but I’m 75% there. I look forward to every treatment I have to have in your clinic. First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.
