My experience with this dental clinic has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by their excellent customer service and immediately knew I was in good hands. Every step of the process was explained in detail, leaving no question unanswered. On the day of my surgery for two implants, I was extremely nervous and my blood pressure was high. The team showed genuine care for my well-being, prioritising my health over everything else—including money. They didn’t rush; instead, they waited patiently until I was calm and my blood pressure had stabilised, which took about an hour. Only then did they begin the procedure. A special thank you goes to Chloe, their English liaison, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. She truly loves what she does and it shows in the way she cares. She consistently followed up with me, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and wish her nothing but blessings and success in life. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to anyone considering dental work. I had an implant placed here. The doctor was very skilled, and the procedure was very smooth. I was initially quite anxious, but after the implant placement, I didn't feel any pain or swelling at all. The team was incredibly kind and attentive.

I've only just had the work done so we'll see how it holds up over the next few months, however I have to say my experience so far has been entirely positive. The staff are wonderful - kind, informative, and respectful. They do not pressure you, they just provide their professional opinion and guidance. They took time and care with my treatment (cleaning, whitening, and composite bonding) and arranged several follow up appointments to ensure everything was going well. Dr Tung, Dien, Dung, and Doris were all amazing.
