I needed to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed at the Great Western Hospital before heart surgery, but they put me on an eight-month waiting list. My consultant said I could not wait that long before heart surgery. After Aikusa and Angela spoke to the hospital, an appointment was arranged immediately for pre-op assessment, and surgery took place two weeks later. I am so grateful for their prompt action and very kind support, as I had become quite emotional at the thought of a long wait.

I have had some dental problems, now trouble with my old implant - Dr Ema, Hygienist Anne Dunn, today I met Jill Quigley with Nurse Karen; they're highly knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and friendly, I always felt very comfortable there. I can't praise this surgery more highly. From when I first contacted speaking with Becky on reception to dental surgeon Lucas each was very informative, warm and friendly. Lucas took me through each stage of my consultation and what he advised was the way forward to support my teeth and mouth.
