I have only just recently joined Cuckfield Dental Practice and from the very start I have been so impressed with everyone I have dealt with either on the phone, by email or in person. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and Aggy the dentist who has been treating me is an absolute gem. She puts you at ease and explains everything as she is going along, her assistant today (sorry I didn`t catch your name was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. After almost 6 years of trying to find a NHS dentist this practice took me on. I needed the last of my teeth removed and dentures supplied. The staff and dentist were so friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending them.
Today I had a root removed! Ouch! A couple of weeks ago a crown broke off, taking the whole tooth with it. But leaving most of the root behind. So began the removal, but the root would not yield in one piece. Instead, it just broke into many pieces. After bone removal and stitches, it finally came out. Very good service done by a professional.
I don't generally leave reviews, but felt compelled to after my appointment with Kellie yesterday for two front fillings. She was absolutely lovely, as was the dental nurse, and as a nervous patient, I felt totally relaxed throughout. To some people, my teeth wouldn't be ideal but to me, this has made the biggest difference as I feel I can smile and show my teeth again! I've been a patient with Crabtree Road for approximately 18 years and I recommend the practice to everybody as it's a very friendly place but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ideal for anxious people! 5 stars!
I would like to thank the whole team at The Smile Gallery. I came in for an aesthetic consultation with Dr Aak and was advised what treatments would be suited to me. I ended having Profhilo with Aak which has really helped my skin. I also booked in for a course of Retinol peels with Nurse Jade, I have only had one so far and can already seen the difference. Dr Aak recommended skincare too which I have now started which has been a game changer. Her knowledge is amazing and she made me feel so confident that I had chosen the right clinic.
Susanne treated me with great empathy and understanding. For a life-long nervous patient she is the first dentist that really has put me at my ease. Very highly recommended
