I am a new patient at the practice very nervous and worried. These were all put aside straight away from the receptionist she was so nice kind and helpful like speaking with my mam she was. Polly and her assistant did my treatment and asked me regularly if I was ok nothing was too much trouble. The best place I have ever been to great car park at the back. I had a genuine fear of dentist and only went if I had a problem. I went to see Dr Masood and everything changed. Very friendly and professional at all times. I received excellent care and advice throughout my treatments. Absolutely fabulous results I can’t stop smiling and have got loads more confidence. I would highly recommend Dr Masood. Needed same day repair to broken dentures, phoned in the morning and has an appointment at lunchtime. Dentures were repaired in an hour.

I've been using Harwood Clinic for many years and never had reason to be unhappy with any aspect of the clinic. It's a clean and relaxing waiting room and the dentist is the best as far as I'm concerned that's why I've been a patient there for so many years.

Richard is a brilliant dentist amazingly kind. Before Richard I had a fear of the dentist but his manner is so understanding he puts you at ease . He also gave me a smile that improved my confidence. He’s really knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone I knew. All the dentist in the practice are great as they have seen me when Richard is away .. He’s an excellent clinician .
