I am a new patient at the practice very nervous and worried. These were all put aside straight away from the receptionist she was so nice kind and helpful like speaking with my mam she was. Polly and her assistant did my treatment and asked me regularly if I was ok nothing was too much trouble. The best place I have ever been to great car park at the back. I am a nervous patient – so embarrassing, but I can’t help it! Adam saw me when I had an infected tooth. He gave me antibiotics and advised that if the swelling got worse near my eye, I should go to A\&E. If he hadn’t, I would have just stayed at home. The swelling got really bad – I had to go to A\&E and had the abscess drained. So thankful for his advice! Then he had to extract the tooth. He was so kind and sympathetic, and so was the nurse. I can’t thank them enough. x
