Outstanding experience and results from start to finish. The team in reception are extremely friendly, professional and efficient. My initial experience as soon as I walked through the door was excellent. I was made to feel welcome and never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. I was treated by Kas, who was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything clearly, and I was always made to feel that my input was taken seriously and considered. Kas was helped by a few different dental nurses during my treatment; every one of them was friendly and professional, especially Lauren. I had Invisalig, and the results are incredible. It obviously isn't exactly cheap, but my plan was explained to me in detail, and every aspect of the treatment was clearly shown and costed in the dental plan I received. Overall, I consider it a superb value as I couldn't be happier with the results.

Today I had my first check-up since "lockdown" and was very impressed with the service. Extensive measures and professionalism ere exhibited to ensure that there was minimal risk to staff or patients. I am a busy General Practitioner and despite living near Swansea feel it is a worthwhile investment of my time commuting to Penarth for dental services with the Smile Studio. Not only is the care received exemplary, but the staff all feel like friends. The personal interest in taking a genuine interest in my life goes far above and beyond what I would expect from any medical establishment and impresses me greatly. When I chipped a tooth just before I was due to fly and get married in 2019, The Smile Studio ensured that the experience was as stress-free as possible by ensuring the problem was fixed promptly and were very accommodating to my work commitments in doing so. I cannot recommend the team highly enough for their technical knowledge, professionalism and for always going above & beyond for their patients.

I have just finished treatment with Dr Kolahi for cosmetic dentistry and extensive work that was necessary before the cosmetic could be done. Dr Kolahi and her team have been amazing with me throughout, being so mindful of my fear of dentistry at all times. I am delighted with the results. I cannot find fault in any way whatsoever. The staff are so very pleasant and kind. Every treatment is fully explained, always try to fit me in in an emergency. Have been with them from the start, still very happy with my treatment, with young, enthusiastic staff. I have regular check-ups, two extractions, and lots of advice.
