The dentists at Ock Street Clinic have been looking after my teeth for many years now. I am always pleased with the care, friendliness and efficiency of the treatment I receive.

I have just had my first treatment from the very capable James and his lovely assistant Louise. I don’t normally leave feedbacks or do reviews but I have probably had the the best experience of my life going to the dentist. The treatment to 3 of my teeth was outstanding and be assured, you will be in good hands with this Team.

I had a filling by Dr Rimmi Bhogal this week. Great service - calm, precise, a perfect job. A day on, I don't even know it's there. She has been my dentist for several years and is consistently excellent. The epitome of grace under pressure.

Apologies for the long story, but it's a worthwhile read. At 9AM on Sunday 13th March I was due to jump in the car and drive down to get married after a 2 year COVID induced delay. At 4AM that morning a loud crack at my mouth woke me up, and to my horror I realised my bridge had fallen out and I now had a tooth sized gap in my smile. At 7AM, after 3 rather stressful hours I called the emergency number on Amsel & Wilkins answering machine which was immediately answered by Nigel. After explaining my emergency, Nigel told me to meet him at 8AM and he'd fix me right up. Nigel opened up the practice just for me, on a Sunday morning, and by 8.45AM I was walking back up Banbury High Street relaxed and stress-free (well as stress-free as you can be before your wedding) with all my teeth in my mouth - rather than in my pocket. By 4.30PM I was tucking into pork belly and crackling like nothing had happened. A huge thank you to Nigel from me and my new wife for saving my smile on our wedding day, as well as from our photographer who you saved from many, many hours of photoshop. Finally, my bestwoman thanks you for the additional story for her speech, one that received plenty of gasps and laughter. From a very appreciative patient for life.

I was having severe pain in my rear back tooth whilst on holiday for two days, and paracetamol wasn’t helping, On the third day the pain was unbearable, and making me grouchy. I contacted this dentist in Chipping Norton. The receptionist was brilliant and lovely to talk to. She made me an appointment for the same afternoon. On arrival, we were met by Dr Sabrina who was amazing and let us in. After booking in we waited to be seen. Again I met Dr Sabrina who calmed me down due to my anxiety and fear of dentist. I had a very bad terrible experience over thirty years ago where a dentist left me in acute pain as he’d left a broken root in. Dr Sabrina constantly calmed me talking me through what she was doing. The dental nurse was also caring and calming holding my hand. She then kept assuring me as she injected my gums etc. She told what to expect whilst she removed the tooth which came out in one piece. I was so relieved and impressed with the treatment I received, so much in fact I’m considering using them as my dental practice Many many thanks to you all
